When you submit a profile, the profile of the individuals who have applied for the Express Entry will be entered into a category. You are then classified in the pool against others.
The number of points you have is dependent on your ranking.
You will be drawing your profile from the application list if you are in the highest rankings. You are then invited to apply (ITA) as a qualified immigrant for permanent residence.
The number of ITAs issued and the minimum number of points needed to obtain the ITA is up to date with the IRCC.
